As a former investment analyst from the European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a BA Finance, Ellie has all of the relevant technical skills to help her clients create both the vision and the ‘how to get there’ as each aspiration must be backed up by capabilities and discipline to deliver.
As a Gallup Strengths Coach, Ellie helps leaders and their staff to better understand their strengths and how to leverage these to achieve some specific organisational goals and how to mitigate their ‘blind spots’ to create value and emotional commitment to drive impact at scale.
Ellie was born in Russia and has lived in 6 countries and speaks fluently Russian, German, Serbo-Croat and English and is has a reasonable grasp of French.
